This 21,000 square foot industrial building, located in St. Charles, Illinois, includes 18,000 square feet of warehouse space, and 3,000 square feet of offices. The exterior of the building is precast concrete, with an aluminum composite panel entry canopy.

This 18,000 square foot truck maintenance building incorporates 6 service bays, 4 wash bays, and a 2,000 square foot office wing. The superstructure is a PEMB pre-engineered metal building, with a steel frame, insulated exterior metal wall panels, and standing seam metal roofing.

SOLID WASTE TRANSFER STATION

Archamerica, Inc. has designed several building types to serve the waste management industry, ranging in size from 5,000 to 100,000 square feet. Transfers stations, like the one shown here, are used to reduce the distance that waste disposal trucks need to drive to transfer material to a landfill site. The waste material is transferred to larger trucks at the transfer station, then transported to a regional landfill site.

Archamerica designed this vehicle storage and maintenance building, totaling approximately 2,000 square feet, which includes two service bays and a storage room. The superstructure is a PEMB pre-engineered metal building, which was installed onto the foundation system designed by our structural engineer.

Our architects designed 2 additions to this photographic film manufacturing facility. The first addition, 6,500 square feet, is used for processing and storage of raw liquid chemical tanks. The second addition, 20,000 square feet, is used for storage of finished & packaged chemical materials.

There is 10, 000 square feet of maintenance space, and 1,000 square feet of employee office. The building has a steel-framed PEMB pre-engineered metal superstructure, with insulated metal wall panels, and a standing seam metal roof.
